Meet & Greet: 

Before walking any dog, we start with a complimentary "Meet & Greet." This gives us a chance to get to know you and your dog(s) while allowing you to ask any questions and ensure we're the right fit.

 

Vaccination Requirement:

For the safety of both your dog(s) and our walkers, all dogs must be up to date on vaccinations. Proof of vaccination will be required. 

 

Payment & Invoicing: 

Invoices are sent out weekly unless prepayment has been arranged.

 

Cancellations:

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. This allows us to adjust our schedule.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will charged the full walk price.

If proper notice (24+ hours) is given, the payment will be carried over to the following week or month. 

 

Availability:

Walks are available five days a week (excluding statutory holidays). 

Walks on a statutory holiday may be arranged for an additional $30 premium 

 

Home Safety:

For the safety of our walkers and everyone in your home, please inform us in advance if anyone (housekeeper, family member, friend, another pet, etc.) will be present when we arrive. 

 

Home Cleanliness:

To help keep your dog and home clean, please have available: a towel, poop bags, treats, coats, boots etc available by the front door for our walkers.
